class descriptions

Flow — This class one hour class will focus on connecting movement with breath. Moving intentionally through each posture insuring a mind + body connection. Accessible for all levels.

Restorative — Ditch fight or flight and welcome rest + digest into your life. This one hour practice focuses on bringing our bodies into a state of relaxation by using props to hold your body in postures for an extended period of time. You can expect to feel calm and grounded after leaving this class. Pillows + blankets or a yoga bolster + blocks are needed for this class.

Beginners Gentle Flow — Very similar to slow flow, but targeted towards those new to yoga. We will take our time setting up postures with proper alignment and build up your yoga knowledge.

Restore + Release — This class is a hybrid between the slow flow + restorative. Class will change from week to week. In general the focus is to mindfully move, inviting our minds to soak and marinate while we gently bring movement to our bodies.

Kelsey-Ann has such a disarming and calm presence. She is excellent at holding space and is the type of person who you could talk to for hours and not realize what time it was. Spending any amount of time with Kelsey-Anne is sure to make you feel seen, heard, and loved. I would highly recommend taking any of her classes. – Mackenzie
